How to apply for SYEP Summer Bridge 2020?

What does the program offer?

The SYEP Summer Bridge will provide youth with a unique opportunity to explore their interests and discover new interests by:

Job Exploration - You can improve your research skills and discover new career opportunities.
Activities Skill development activities: Get help with your CV, cover letters, and interview skills. Learn basic job preparation skills and job etiquette.
Connect with professionals - Build your network with mentors, professional boards, social media workshops and more.
Building community: our democracy needs your voice. Learn valuable skills to become an active citizen at work and in your community.
Earn money: you get paid for sharing! Youth ages 14-15 and 16-24 will receive a salary of $ 700 and $ 1,000, respectively, for their participation.

Who is eligible?

Young people from 14 to 24 years old.
Must be a resident in one of New York City's five neighborhoods.
legally allowed to operate in the United States
